From the 18th of August to the 25th of August we have our annual stock take. Any orders placed with us during this time will not be dispatched until the 27th of August
We never share your details with any third party. Your Details that you give to us will never be passed on to anyone else.
When your order is placed with us we pick and pack you order you will receive an email from us regarding the dispatch of your order.please make sure your email address is up to date.
If you are unhappy with your order you must notify us within 3 working days stating why you were unhappy with your order.you can return your order to us up to 14 days after delivery, but you must notify us first.
Your postage costs back to us will not be refunded and we cannot refund you for your order until we are in receipt of you order back to us. Once we have received your order we will refund you the cost of your order excluding the post and packaging.
Although we post out by first class post we cannot guarantee the delivery of your order the next day unless prior notifications to us by telephone to arrange the cost of next day delivery.
In the unlikely event that your parcel gets lost in the post please inform us after 7 days and we can issue you with a refund after checking with the royal mail that your item has not been left with a neighbor or at the sorting office if you were out at the time of delivery .
We will always answer your emails within the day of receiving any emails.
If your order has not been received within 7 days from the email from us stating that your order has been dispatched please inform of within 9 working days.
We dispatch all of our orders ASAP and will always inform you of any problems that we may have regarding your order within 24 hours. We normally dispatch orders on the day of your order working days Monday to Friday and always by first class post.
